MassDOT has issued an RFI to solicit submittals from interested parties to help inform and develop the requirements for the proposed system outlined in the attached ITMS ConOps which is intended to eventually replace or integrate the existing Highway Operations Center (HOC) software systems and functionalities. We welcome you to submit a response to this RFI.

University of Connecticut has an opening for a faculty position for connected and automated vehicles.
The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) at the University of Connecticut invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. The position has an expected start date of August 23, 2021. The research specialties of interest are in the general area of Connected and Automated Vehicles (CAV) and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). Candidates with a strong background in Innovation and Entrepreneurship will be considered for all ranks and in all Civil and Environmental Engineering related fields.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and our prioritization of the health and safety of our community of ITS professionals, the NEITS Annual Interchange - 2020 scheduled for June 9 in Boston will not take place.
