New England ITS invites practitioners, researchers, policymakers, and industry partners to submit abstracts for presentation at the 2026 Annual Interchange. This year’s theme, The Next Era of ITS: Where Safety, Innovation, and Automation Converge, emphasizes the integration of safety, innovation, and emerging technologies across transportation systems, with a focus on practical applications and collaborative approaches. We are seeking project overviews, case studies, and implementation-focused insights, not sales pitches.

Public–private partnerships are strongly encouraged, and co-presented sessions are welcomed.

Submission Guidelines
Your abstract should be between 250 and 500 words. To submit your abstract, please complete the online form by August 1, 2026.

All submissions will be peer-reviewed by the Abstract committee. Selected abstracts will be invited for presentation at the Annual Interchange. Presenters will be notified of selection in late August 2026.
