The 2023 Annual Interchange, “Should ITS Mean Improved Transportation Safety”, is just around the corner!

 

The Interchange will be held on Thursday September 7, at the Courtyard by Marriott Boston Downtown - 275 Tremont St, Boston, MA 02116 (NEITS Annual Interchange participants may reserve a guest room at a discounted rate if they say they are with NEITS). This conference is an exciting one day program of panel discussions, technical sessions, and presentations. Our mission is to facilitate the transfer of knowledge between the public, private and academic sectors:

• We will continue the practice of offering complementary exhibit hall booths to Public Sector. We anticipate approximately 25 exhibitor booths total. 

​

• We will also continue the practice of inviting our ITS Board of Directors, the ITS leaders from the six New England states to participate in panels and discussions as appropriate. 

​

Our program this year includes key decision makers from the following organizations:

• Rhode Island Department of Transportation

• Connecticut Department of Transportation

• Maine Department of Transportation

• New Hampshire Department of Transportation

We expect to attract over 150 ITS professionals and policy makers.

We offer two opportunities for you to participate: 

• Exhibitors: As an Exhibitor, you will have an opportunity to display your products and services. Refreshment breaks and lunch will be held to maximize your exposure to conference attendees. This location offers all- day exposure to the many State transportation professionals and officials who work in the area. Exhibitor spaces are available to New England ITS Members for $500 and to Non-Members for $800. Includes two registrations to the annual conference. Exhibitor registration limited to the first 25 who sign up. 

 

• Sponsors: Show your support for New England ITS by becoming a conference sponsor. Champion ($2,000), Partner ($1,000), and Sponsor ($500) sponsorship levels are available. You can also choose to be a Unique Event Sponsor (Single Event): Technology Sponsor ($750), Lunchtime Sponsor ($750), or Social Hours Sponsor ($1000).
